By registering for or using Udhyami.ai services, you agree to comply with these terms of service and our acceptable usage guidelines.

2. Service Availability

We work tirelessly to deliver 99.9% uptime, reliable real-time backups, and high speed. However, internet disruptions on the user's carrier network are outside our control, which is why our apps provide offline caching.

3. Fair Billing & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew on a monthly or annual basis as selected by the user. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

4. Legal & Tax Compliance

While Udhyami provides GST tax calculations and invoice templates, the merchant remains responsible for filing accurate tax returns in accordance with local laws.
